About our name - Our family's life moto is, "Only love today!" It is very important to us that love is at the center of everything we do. Our pups are raised only with love so we felt, "Only Love Pups!" was a perfectly fitting name to reflect how we live and what we do!

Our Program
Here is just a little about what we do. Only Love Pups prides ourselves in putting love at the center of everything we do. Our family's motto is "Only Love Today" and we incorporate that into raising our puppies as well. Our puppies are born and raised in our home as we have converted our downstairs to accommodate a nursery! We are in the midst of building a facility on our property to have more space for puppy curriculum, training, and even visits!
All puppies go through our puppy curriculum to get them used to being touched and handled from a very young age. We also introduce them to various sounds, scents, textures and encourage them to explore and build confidence. We find this really helps with puppies temperament and disposition. We have even had some puppies who end up going into families to work as a therapy dog! We have 4 awesome kiddos who are very much a part of raising our puppies and socialization. They are 5, 10, 11 and 18 so your puppy will have been exposed and working with kiddos of all ages.
The pups are dewormed at 2, 4, 6, and 8 weeks of age. Their first vaccine is administered at 6 weeks, second at 8 weeks, leaving their new family responsible for the third round and rabies to complete their puppy vaccines.
Going Home
Our puppies are typically ready for their forever homes at 8 weeks old. At times the smaller size may require an additional 2 weeks with us. They will be fully health checked by our vet and come with a letter stating an extensive health exam has been completed by an Iowa licensed vet.
We have an awesome flight nanny that will travel with your puppy from our airport to yours! The puppy rides right in the cabin along side her versus in cargo. This makes travel so much less stressful on not only the puppy but the adoptive parents and us! If you are out of town and choose to travel, we will meet you up to 50 miles outside of the Des Moines, Iowa area.
All puppies go home with a puppy gift bag which has a small blanket with mom's scent, a collar, travel water bowl, potty bags, a toothbrush, a couple of small toys and a small baggy of the food they eat (Diamond Naturals Puppy). The day they leave us they will have a fresh bath, nail trim and blow out. If they are in need, we will trim the fur around their sanitary area and eyes but we leave their grooming style up to the new families to decide when they are older.
How do I get a puppy?
We do currently have a waitlist that is growing. I offer the opportunity to be on our waiting list and secure a puppy in an upcoming litter with a $300 deposit for Schnoodles and $500 deposit for Bernedoodles. It is a first come, first serve basis, so if you choose this method, you will have preference of pick of the litter based on the order in which we have received wait list deposits. Otherwise, deposits are taken after puppies are born if there are any still looking for homes; however, most are presold to deposit holders.
We do ask a few screening questions in order to properly fit our puppies with the right family. We do reserve the right to deny any application and refund your deposit if we do not feel the home would be a good fit for the puppy.

My name is Taylor and I live in the Des Moines area with my husband and four kiddos. We are a small family breeder who fell in love with Doodles. This is a true family love affair and all puppies are socialized and spoiled by everyone right here in our home!

What is a Schnoodle?
A Schnoodle is a mixture of the Schnauzer and Poodle. They are F1, F2, F1b, F2b and so on but contain elements from both breeds. They are smart, cuddly, loving, and aim to please. All babies leave our home used to adults, children, and other dogs.

We specialize in Miniature/ Toy Schnoodles in a variety of colors. Blue Merle, Blue Merle Parti, Black & White Parti, White/Cream, & Black. Soon we will be adding chocolate, liver pepper, reds, and white to the mix! We will also have Petite/ MIcro Mini and Standard Bernedoodles.

We are very excited to announce that we will be adding Bernedoodles to our program! We will be expecting Petite F1b or Micro Mini Bernedoodles in 2021 and Standard F1 Bernedoodles in 2022. Contact us to learn more about this exciting new adventure!
